a python sip client aimed at dialing into a PC and wiring the pipewire inputs and outputs to the incoming call (e.g. for quickly dialing into an ongoing meeting in zoom/meet/etc.)

If this ever works for inbound calling, it will connect the pipewire input and output of the machine to the call, so you can join an ongoing video call in discord, zoom or whatever.
